Why a blog

Most leadership content is written for an audience of nobody in particular. The plan here is different: short, specific notes drawn from real rooms — the AAA Arc in practice, patterns that show up across senior leaders, and the occasional long-form piece when a topic needs the space.

What belongs here

• Observations from coaching engagements (anonymised, always)
• Short takes on leadership, identity, and the gap between the two
• Longer essays when something needs more room than a LinkedIn post allows

Formatting notes

Standard Markdown works throughout — headings, bold, italics, lists, links, and:

blockquotes, for the line worth pulling out on its own.

code blocks too, if you ever need one.

Run npm run new-post from the project root any time you want to start a new one — it will ask for a title and set up the frontmatter for you.
