The format

Two days deep. One day to make it stick.

Immersive — Day 1 & 2

An intensive cohort of 8–10 senior leaders working live scenarios from their own operations — awareness and activation, compressed and real.

Back in the field

Leaders return to their operations and run what they tested — with real crews, real counterparties, real stakes.

Integration day

The cohort reconvenes to work what happened — what held, what broke, and what becomes permanent. This is where the arc closes.
